Sounds like you need Yelp Without Pity, a Safari 5 extension for Yelp that lets you hide anybody you don't want to see — forever!

How to install and use it

First of all, you must be running Safari 5 to use this.

  1. Enable Safari 5 extensions. (If you're running Safari 5.0.1 or higher, this step shouldn't be necessary.)
  2. Download yelp-without-pity.safariextz.
  3. Once the file is downloaded, Safari will prompt you to install. Go ahead, do it!
  4. Go to Yelp.
  5. Look up a business. Notice how every reviewer now has a Block This Reviewer link? Click on that when you want to hide somebody forever.

Do I really need Safari 5 to use this? You really need Safari 5.

I don't use Safari. Could you write a Firefox extension? I could!

How do I unblock somebody? That's complicated. Consider it permanent.
